1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Code Wars ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Code Wars is a programming language card battle game available as a web application and as a mobile application on the Solana dApp Store. The Game may include optional features that interact with the Solana blockchain, including NFT minting and in-app purchases.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Solana Wallet & Transactions

• The Game allows optional in-app purchases using SOL (Solana's native token) for card summon packs, equipment, and battle passes.
• All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming.
• We do not custody, control, or have access to your wallet or private keys.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase.
• NFTs minted through the Game are subject to the immutability of the Solana blockchain.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game
• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Game

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including code, graphics, card designs, text, and game mechanics, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or any blockchain transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
