Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Game's source code or assets
Create derivative works based on the Game
Use the Game's content for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

NFTs & Digital Assets

Cards minted as NFTs on the Solana blockchain grant you ownership of the token, but not the underlying intellectual property. The card artwork and game data associated with NFTs remain the property of the developer.

Open Source Components

The Game may include open source software components, each governed by their respective licenses. The use of open source components does not grant any rights to the proprietary portions of the Game.

Trademarks

"Code Wars" and associated logos are trademarks of the developer. Use of these trademarks without prior written consent is prohibited.

User-Generated Content

Any content you create through gameplay (e.g., leaderboard entries, battle logs) remains associated with your wallet address. By using the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this data within the Game (e.g., leaderboards).
